Refund Policy

REFUNDS

If you need to return your product, please contact sophiemcilwaineceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics will issue your refund within 30 days of receiving your unwanted item. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Please note, delivery costs are not reimbursed. It is advised when returning an item, to use a Signed For postal service.

Refunds are not accepted for Custom or Personalised items.

Customers should be aware that Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on all items as shown in the product images. There is one image shown per product type and there are a number of items of the same type available. This means that you will not be receiving that particular item as shown in the image. Items vary in size, style and glaze application. Each one is completely unique.

The nature of ceramics involves various fluctuating factors such as chemical constituents of glaze compounds and different variants of clay bodies. Therefore, refunds for colour variations are not accepted.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact sophiemcilwaineceramics@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photo evidence of the item and of the packaging as it arrived to you, within 7 days of delivery. This is so that we can inform our courier of the situation. Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics will provide you with a replacement item or refund within 30 days of receiving your request.
